Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Draft — last updated 2026-07-24. Not yet published or in effect.
These terms cover your use of Arbitration Desk, operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the tool, you agree to these terms.
What the tool is
Arbitration Desk is an information and document-preparation tool for used-vehicle dealers responding to auction arbitration claims. It reads the documents you upload, checks them against auction policy language, and generates a rebuttal letter for you to review and use.
Arbitration Desk is not a law firm. It does not provide legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship. You review, edit if needed, and submit anything generated by the tool yourself. Any final decision made by an auction on your claim is the auction's to make, not ours.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for anything submitted through your account. Tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
What you upload
You're responsible for the accuracy of the documents and information you upload, and for having the right to submit them. Don't upload documents you don't have the right to share, or that belong to a claim you're not authorized to represent.
Fees and payment
Arbitration Desk charges a flat, published fee per claim, shown on the pricing page, paid once at the point you generate a rebuttal. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Money-back guarantee
If the tool can't generate a policy-cited rebuttal for your claim, request a refund and we'll process it by hand within 5 business days — a real refund through Stripe, not just a promise. The guarantee covers the letter and the policy analysis behind it; it does not guarantee any particular outcome from the auction, and the auction's final decision is always theirs to make.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Arbitration Desk to submit false or misleading claims, to upload documents that aren't genuinely related to a real dispute, or to attempt to access another dealer's account, cases, or documents.
No warranty
The tool is provided "as is." We work to make it accurate and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any generated rebuttal will result in a successful arbitration outcome.
Limitation of liability

Changes to these terms
Because this is a draft awaiting legal review, these terms are expected to change before they're finalized. Once finalized, we'll note the date of any future update here.
